Liliya Tsoncheva

Liliya Tsoncheva is member of Sofia Bar Association. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial insolvency, intellectual property, employment law and litigation.
Liliya graduated First English Language School, Sofia. After that she earned her Master of Law degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Liliya holds a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Liliya gained international experience at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and Wolf Theiss.
In 2024 Liliya represented a party in Case C-395/23, Anikovi, before the Court of Justice of the European Union, addressing questions of international jurisdiction under EU law.
Liliya speaks English and Spanish.

Stefan Ivanov is member of Sofia Bar Association. He has over 30 years of experience, specializing in real estate and dispute resolution. He advises clients on property acquisitions, leases, construction projects, regulatory compliance, and civil and commercial litigation, combining deep local expertise with a results-driven approach.
Stefan earned his Master of Law degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and graduated from the English Language School in Burgas.
He speaks English and Russian.
