Liliya Tsoncheva is an attorney-at-law and member of the Sofia Bar Association with over 10 years of experience advising Bulgarian and international clients on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, employment law, data protection and commercial transactions.

Before establishing LT Law, Liliya gained valuable experience at leading international law firms, including CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and Wolf Theiss.

Liliya holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and graduated from First English Language School in Sofia. She also holds a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

In 2024, she represented a party before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Case C-395/23, Anikovi, concerning international jurisdiction under EU law.

Liliya speaks English and Spanish.
